HOW TO OVER COME CYBER-BULLYING- NAOMI BYASS

NAOMI BYASS.  (Picture credit Oscar Blake).

Technology means that bullying is no longer limited to Children at school alone, street or workplace.  Cyber-bullying can happen at any place, even at home, via email, texts, cell phones, and social media websites 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with potentially hundreds of people involved.
For those who suffer cyberbullying, the effects can be distressing, leaving you feeling hurt, upsetting, humiliated, angry, depressed, or even suicidal. However, no type of bullying should ever be tolerated in any way at all.
I am a victim of cyber-bulling and the criminal that is bullying me won’t stop because she’s making a living out of bullying me and other people. Infact her case is worse than a terrorist. But here are the tips that I am using whenever the bully bully’s me.
1.   I talk to Go and ask him to give me the strength to move on.

2.     I stop responding to any mails that anyone send me from the bully.

3.   I seek revenge from my bully by making fun of her and focus on my daily activities without feeling sad, looking sad or feeling rejected or losing my self-esteem.

4.     I make the bully look so stupid by treating her in a diplomatic way (Doing positive post about me and showing her how a merry heart rejoices.
5.     I never for one-day blame myself for anything the bully says about me rather, I see the bully as a mentally sick person with big problem.

6. Seek for legal action. Though it's takes time to do that in Ireland. But I can asure you justice will be done.
